I am new to Mendeley. I would like to use the web import but can’t get it to work. I don’t think I can get it installed. I just inserted it into my “favorites” link but when I click “web import” on my library’s page, i just get connected to the following page. http://www.mendeley.com/import/

Please tell me how I can get this to work?

Yes, it should be working in all browsers. If it doesn’t, do you maybe have a pop-up blocker enabled?
