I recently came across 2 websites on the subject of neuroplasticity both have mentioned the effects of practicing meditation on the mind. If you are looking for further resources you may want to check them out. The first is Dr. Norman Doidge's site. He wrote a best selling book on the subject called The Brain that Changes Itself. Doidge's site is www.normandoidge.com . The second site gives a really good foundation of what neuroplasticity really is the site address is www.whatisneuroplasticity.com . I came across both while trying to learn more about the effects of meditation on the brain.

Hope that helps Rick
