Abstract

Social-Networking-Services (SNS) stellen eine Social Software Weiterentwicklung von Expertenverzeichnissen und Community -Plattformen dar. Sie finden dabei sowohl in einer offenen Form im Internet als auch in geschlossener Form in Unternehmens-Intranets Verbreitung. In dieser Präsentation wird vor allem auf Erfahrungen von und Empfehlungen für die Nutzung von SNS zur Unterstützung des Expertisemanagements und allgemein des Wissensmanagements in Unternehmen eingegangen.
