A special section on the idea of community in artistic practice. Our vision of community, of ourselves, and of the world is at the core of today's most influential art practices, appearing in many forms: in the search for identity or relationship to the other, in the approach to reality or the elaboration of fictions, and in methods of work or modalities of exhibition. The section features an interview with the philosopher Jean-Luc Nancy and articles on the work of several contemporary artists dealing with the idea of community.
