Abstract: This article presents an overview of the implementation of the School Program 2.0 and its agreements with different Communities since 2009. The Program is based on some main points that were previously established. We focus on the agreements between Communities of the Community of Castilla y León, and then we present some of the deficiencies and inconsistencies of the Program. Educational management of schools and teaching methods that should be integrated are both discussed in this section.
