Abstract
Information about issues and topics discusses at the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) conference held at Keble College, Oxford, England from September 27 to 28, 2006 is presented. The conference was held to discuss the future of open access. Keynote speakers include Robert Aymar, Robert Terry and Jeff Haywood.
