Abstract

In this paper, we discuss cooperative mechanism of technological innovation with region by game theory. It is necessary to establish such a binding agreement in the regional cooperation of technological innovation, so that every participated subject can be bound to cooperate with technological innovations. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is becoming the propulsion of the economic growth in China. The government should transform towards suitable and valid intervention that can cooperate various relations and advance the regional technology innovation. The government should perform its function by adopting various measures to support and help every participated subject to precede technological innovation and advance cooperative innovation. By uniting regional technological innovation, setting up and completing institution, as well as laws and policies, the institutional network and social surrounding can be formed which are suitable for the mechanism of regional cooperation of technological innovation.
