Abstract

The article discusses the factors that drive the selling and acceptance of entrepreneurial ideas within an organization. In developing an entrepreneurial organization, understanding how entrepreneurial ideas are presented and how they are accepted is critical. Previous research has emphasized the role of organizational politics in the process of strategic decision-making. Employees' engagement in intra-organizational politics consists of influencing the decision-making process and manipulating the nature of the information and channels provided.
