Security Issues in Cloud Computing

Abstract

Cloud computing services like software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) are delivery models which provides software, application platform, and infrastructure recourses to consumer respectively. This paper presents service models, deployment models, and essential characteristics of cloud computing and cloud security and privacy issues. This paper also describes detailed literature on cloud security issues and layerwise classification of each issue. The various vulnerabilities, attacks, and defense mechanisms are provided for securing cloud environment
