Abstract

This paper analyzes the characters of evolution of enterprise networkand brings forward a four - stage structural evolutionary model which isbased on the endogenous industrial cluster. It is considered that theevolution of enterprise network can be divided into four stages:scattered fragment, single hub - and - spoke, multi - hub small worldnetwork and core - periphery. In each stage, the network weaver plays animportant role. A case of crane machine enterprise network in ChangyuanCounty is taken as an example to analyze the roles of network weavers inthe process of formation and evolution of enterprise network.
