Ah, sorry. In reference to Tom's post below, I just realized that the group was filed in Biological Sciences (presumably because that's my discipline). Andrew, if you're following this can you suggest a way to move the group to a more general category, or is that not possible?

Andrew Bennie Sorry for getting to this so late - the group can include up to 3 disciplines at the moment. Our developers are working on adding more and adding a more general option. The group should remain quite searchable, as long as it is open/public. I'd also recommend including (UPENN) after University of Pennsylvania in he heading as it increases the ch...

Shane Heiney Thanks. I basically just copied their description from JHU. Hope that's OK. I also added Chemistry and Materials Science as the 2nd and 3rd disciplines since at the moment those are the disciplines that are most represented among the group members.

Tom Gordon Hi Shane, I am in the chemistry department, and our librarian (Judith) has done several workshops which cover several of the citation managers out there. I have mentioned to her about getting involved with promoting Mendeley through this type of workshop, I think we could make something happen...
