Question: How can i crate a markov transition matrix? how much area is converted from forest to urban? forest to agriculture? etc.

What is the relationship between Scopus and Elsevier? Their interface seem so familiar. I'm trying to use "RefWorks: Scopus Edition", but they say only when my institution subscribes to both RefWorks and Scopus can I access it. I know my university subscribes to Elsevier, but cannot find Scopus in its database list.
I'm planning to write on this topic "comparisons among reference management & sharing tools", for my Bachelor degree paper, do you think it's proper? Tell me how do you think, please, many thanks!!
