I'm curious if anyone has any best practices for using Mendeley and LaTeX/bibTeX. For example, many of the articles that I have in my database (including my own) have LaTeX syntax in the title and abstract, but this appears to get clobbered when an article ends up getting added to the research catalog. What appears to happen is that articles that you have in your database (with LaTeX syntax) end up not getting identified with the canonical version in the research catalog. Have others noticed this? Have people found a way around it?
