Dear UX group member, I've recently started learning more about UX and the existing frameworks and models. I'm a little bit unsure about the meaning of these concepts: product quality, product value, product attribute, quality aspects of products. Can anyone introduce me a reference in which a clear definition of these terms can be found? or maybe explain a little bit here...

I am glad this group has found its place. We're more than 260 members so far. All together we can turn this to a coherent and fairly complete list of articles of User Experience research.
