Sorry for the lack of interaction in our group - I just relocated from Texas to Indiana and adjusting to my new job. I have one last course before my focus is back on my servant leadership dissertation. Let me know what resources or things you might need or want to read more about.
Hope everyone is doing wonderful and learning lots about Servant Leadership. I'm working on my dissertation that involves this topic - how about any of you? What is your interest in SL?
Jessica Dearth I'm currently working on SL research as well. I'm taking Greenleaf's test of servant leadership "Do those served grow as persons...more likely themselves to become servants..." and researching if a pastor is a SL are there more SLs in the congregation.

James Townsend Jessica, that does seem to be one of the "best tests" for measuring servant leadership. I am glad so much additional research is being done and analysis of the various components of SL.

So what aspects of servant leadership are each of you most interested in? Also, how much of a servant leader do you consider yourself to be?
I'm working on developing a list of colleges and universities that are integrating servant leadership into their campus life, curriculum, leadership programs, etc. Email to me at jtownsend02@my.gcu.edu and I will make list available online later.
