Heather Campbell no not a good follow up to previous paper, but an interesting argument for leveling the field between paid journals and open-access.

Heather Campbell The author looks at philosophy, electrical engineering, political science and mathematics. She found citations of open access literature increased 86% for politcal science and 91% for mathematics. I wonder what she would have found if she had looked at the biological sciences.
