Angel R Aquino Nice STM work on a member of the CIGS family (AgInSe2) conducted by group member Pamela Martin. Atomic resolution STM of CIGS and related alloys has been extremely difficult, so its nice to see these results!

Angel R Aquino This is really nice work that was presented at last years IEEE PVSC conference. They use atom-probe tomography to detect the preferential segregation of Na, O, and K in grain boundaries of high efficiency CIGS.
