Hey all,
I'm just curious. I work in a medical library which supports a hospital, but also a small branch of the university, including 4-6th year med students, postgrad health students, and radiation therapy students. We have been teaching Endnote and Mendeley - it lookslike the university has recently bought Refworks so we'll (ugh) have to teach that too.
With the worry that Mendeley may (or may not) be purchased by a larger organisation such as Elsevier, we are worried about teaching students and staff to use a system which they may find themselves being forced to pay for, or change systems. As a result we are not promoting mendeley until we can be sure of the future. I just wanted to know what others are doing given the situation?
