Biographical Information
I am an Assistant Professor at the La Tuscia University of Viterbo, I teach Management of Information Systems at the LUISS Guido Carli University, and I am holding a PhD in Management of Information Systems from the same university.
My primary research interest is the investigation of the relationship between the technology and the organization, with particular reference to the value generation process. My main contribution in this field is the definition of a methodology to identify the contribution of ICT on the execution of activities in a business process.
Besides this primary research interest I have also investigated the relationships among groups and technology in organizational contexts, and the organizational behavior (specifically in terms of leadership potential) of digital natives.
