Biographical Information

Candidate for Ph.D. in Computer Science from CIN-UFPE in the area of ICT Governance, MSc in Computer Science from CIN-UFPE in the area of Project Management and Governance in ICT (2009) and an MBA in Strategic Management of Information Technology and Communication, by FACIPE (2003). Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2001). Nowadays is Analyst Consultant Agency of the State Information Technology (ATI-PE) works as Manager of ICT Infrastructure of the State Department of Education (SEE-PE). He is a researcher of the Research Group in Project Management (GP2) of the Informatics Center, UFPE and the Center for Telehealth at the Hospital das Clínicas (NUTES-UFPE). Member of Group IT in Health UFPE (TIS) and Professor of Graduate Studies and Higher Education in Informatics. He has experience in computer science, with emphasis on Software Engineering, acting on the following subjects: Project Management, ICT Governance, Telehealth / Telemedicine, Health Informatics, e-Business, Software Engineering, Agile Methodologies, ITIL, COBIT, MAnGve and PMBOK.
