Biographical Information
Ariel Cordisco is a Specialist in Social Sciences (mention in Education and New Technologies) by the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO - Argentina and Costa Rica) and Bs. in English Language and Literature (mention in Teaching) at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina). In 2001, he defended his magisteruppsats thesis at the Stockholm University Department of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies (Sweden). In 2008, he completed the official 3-year curriculum for the Masters on Discourse Analysis at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and is currently working on the presentation of his thesis. His research interests focus on identity discourse from critical discourse analysis, combining theoretical and methodological elements of Anglo-Saxon and French schools.
