Biographical Information
Bram Vandeputte is a scientific researcher at the Hypermedia and Databases (HMDB) unit of Prof. Erik Duval at the computer science department of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
His topics of interest include metadata, learning objects, harvesting, validation of metadata and flexible access to repositories.
In that respect, he offers support to repositories setting up OAI-PMH targets and he is responsible for the development of the ARIADNE Harvester and the validation service.
