Biographical Information
As an Organisation Development and Change Management specialist for over 20 years, I have worked as a consultant and senior manager, facilitating and managing large scale change processes and evaluations in a wide range of sectors and institutional contexts. Recent assignments have focused on understanding and enhancing the capability of different organisational forms to provide results within unpredictable environments.
My consultancy work is varied and includes strategy formulation, organisational assessments and transition management, evaluation and review, senior management coaching and mentoring, and team development. With a background in both Organisational Psychology and Business Management, the focus of my work and studies has always been on people interacting and collaborating within a specific context, whether organisational or communal.
My approach is based on the Action Science concept, which is an active framework for enhancing organisational and group effectiveness. It aims to help individuals, groups, and organisations to develop a readiness and ability to change. I utilise this approach in the capacity of Consultant Strategist; advising on strategic planning and change processes, facilitating strategy briefings, and as an Interim Manager, leading implementation of change programmes.
