I am the HR & Operations Manager at Mendeley. I have managerial responsibility for our day-to-day operations including communication with and coordination of staff, lawyers, accountants, etc. I also oversee accounting, finance (liquidity & cost monitoring). Most of my time I devote to HR change management, performance management, employee relations, H&S, personnel development.

I'm very proud to say that thanks to our directors and team, we have won Guardian Activate 2010, the Plugg European Start-Up of the Year award, were finalists at The Next Web Start-Up of the Year and won the TechCrunch Europas Award for “Best Social Innovation That Benefits Society”. The Guardian listed us as number 6 of their top 100 most innovative technology companies. And so much more!
