IAIM prides itself on offering an infant massage program that has been extensively researched and evaluated world-wide.
Guests may view the abstracts of a small selection of papers. Access to our full collection of over 300 full-text papers is available to current members of the IAIM Australia, for the purposes of teaching, research and personal study. Please contact us via email at president1@iaim.com.au if you wish to become a member and access the full collection. Anyone who supports the vision and purpose of IAIM may become a member.
The IAIM was established by Vimala McClure, pioneer in parent-infant attachment relationships and author of the seminal "Infant massage: A handbook for loving parents".
The IAIM has active Chapters in over 30 countries, and has trained thousands of parent educators. In Australia, over 200 members provide parent and family education programs that promote parent-infant attachment.
