I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University (Cairo, Egypt). Currently, I am a Visiting Scientist at the Systems Biology Research Group, Department of Bioengineering, UC San Diego. I have an adjunct faculty appointment at San Diego State University's Computational Science Research Center http://www.csrc.sdsu.edu/csrc .
