An MPhil Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (CChem MRSC), with over 45 years (incl. 33 years lab-based) experience. Currently, I am a Visiting Researcher (University of Liverpool), author of the annual 'Physical Methods' chapter in 'Organophosphorus Chemistry' (RSC), and blogger (ChemSpy). My background includes R&D: pharma, organic synthesis and analysis, analytical, product and process development, troubleshooting, consultancy, and teaching and training methods in industry and academe.
