Biographical Information
Rute completed her Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Wolfgang Tremel and in collaboration with Prof. Werner E.G. Müller. She was the holder of a Marie Curie fellowship since 2009 to 2012. Her main topics focus on bio-inspired approaches for developing hybrid composites, as well as the study of biomimetic catalysts.
