Antihypertensive pharmacotherapy for prevention of sudden cardiac death in hypertensive individuals

Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: Primary objective: To assess the effect of antihypertensive pharmacotherapy on the incidence of sudden cardiac death in people who have high blood pressure. Secondary objective: To assess the effect of antihypertensive pharmacotherapy on the incidence of non-fatal myocardial and fatal myocardial infarction in people who have high blood pressure.
