Abstract

An oil control system based on single chip is introduced in this paper, which mainly uses 80c51f020 microcontroller as the core device, and the MODEL2201D expansion module to coupl PC software. The principal computer uses industrial PC match with MODEL2201D communication module, and The communication between principal computer and lower level computer following RS485 agreement. The preccise oil delivering can be realized by SCM closed-loop control to flow meter and electro-hydraulic valve, at the same time multiple-channel mixing proportional oils can be achieved. This system show lots of advantages such as high reliability, long life, small amount of maintenance, and strong anti-jamming capability and reliability of RS485 field bus industrial communication. This system has now been successfully applied part of the oil depot in Shanxi and Henan province. © 2011 IEEE.
