The application research on library management based on knowledge management

Abstract

As a new competitive power, knowledge management has attracted more and more attention. Based on analyzing the research present situation of university library management, the paper established the valuation index system of knowledge management, and took the census data as the base to acquire the related data of management application based on knowledge management in University Library, and then to conduct the empirical study on the knowledge management in university library through the analysis method of principal components. Finally, we draw the conclusion that it is the main components that affect university library management based on knowledge management, and different factors have different effect to different extent in library management. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media.
