Abstract

Suture lifts have been recently introduced in the USA as an alternative to more invasive techniques for facial rejuvenation. As most trends have moved toward minimally invasive techniques, suture lifts have an undisputed charm. However, as with every new technology, long-term benefit and even short-term efficacy must be carefully evaluated to ascertain the validity and ultimately adoption of the technique into the established armamentarium of methods for facial rejuvenation. © Springer-Verlag 2008.
