Abstract

Summary Trust expedites and strengthens strategic business relationships. Understanding the elements for trust provides a blueprint of what it takes to create a capable partnership. We present the element of trust as four building blocks: transparency, learning, civility, and the capability to envision the business landscape. With an understanding of trust, the task then is making trust happen in the relationship.
