Abstract

In today's fast-paced, hyper-competitive global environment, change is constant. Rooted in culture, communication and leadership, successful change is essential, yet amazingly elusive. HR's role as a strategic business partner-grounded in vision and ongoing communication-is pivotal for organizational change.
