Abstract

Sponsors are an essential ingredient to realizing the value of an innovation. They bring money, influence, resources and direction. Matching your innovation to the right sponsor entails understanding what outcomes you require and what that sponsor can deliver. At the same time, you need to answer softer questions around trust, commitment, style and personalities.
