Abstract

A conceptual model for Bulgarian Virtual University (BVU) is developed, and a practical organization of BVU is discussed and suggested. The conceptual model is depicted in the form of a UML class diagram. The paper offers a short description of how Bulgarian Virtual University was created and adapted. Finally, the aims of further development of Bulgarian Virtual University for the next years are discussed. (edited)
