Abstract

An Integrated Technology Acceptance Model, which comes from the Theory of Planned Behavior and the extended Technology Acceptance Model with Perceived Credibility based on the mobile services' characteristics, is used to identify the factors that affect consumer intention to use mobile services. The results indicate that the Integrated Technology Acceptance Model has significant effect on explaining behavioral intention to use mobile services. © 2009 IEEE.
