Abstract
The notion of the 'reduced timbre space' has been provided ro help developing systematized control of timbral dimensions. A demonstration of a MAX/MSP patch will follow realizing standard sound synthesis and processing techniques which parameters can be mapped with a help of matrix. A compositional example is given showing, how complex, simultaneous parameter changes can allow percivable gesture control for electroacoustic music.
