CP1-V15-Basin Formation, Ridge Crest Processes, and Metallogenesis in the North Fiji Basin

Abstract

This comprehensive geophysical/geological survey of the North Fiji Basin includes chapters on sediment distribution and composition, seafloor morphology and structure, and tectonic fabric. Details are shown in magnetic anomaly lineation maps, reflection profiles, and maps of the distribution of deep and shallow earthquaked. The geochemistry of seafloor igneous rocks and sediments is discussed. This volume provides access to a large body of previously unavailable data.
