Abstract

In an effort to make the acquisition process smoother, Crédit Suisse and Swets (APAC) has improved a couple of key requirements for ordering Journals and Periodicals in MyShop via SWETS Catalogue. Crédit Suisse can now order Journals and Periodicals in MyShop and completed via the SWETS catalogue. MyShop is actually part of Crédit Suisse’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Program. The program main objective is to increase spend under control, enable demand management to reduce total supplier spend, enforce policy compliance, mitigate financial & supplier risks, and reduce process cost. In addition, it enables Expense Category Managers and Sources by providing spend transparency and reporting of non-compliant case. As an overview, it aims to replace the three major tools NetShop, ePro and PeopleSoft AP8.9 with one global IT solution (PeopleSoft 9.1) in Crédit Suisse’s infrastructure. Screen
