Abstract

Surgical management of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) has evolved from the standard open surgical repair to include a variety of minimally invasive options. Selection of the most appropriate techniques is based on patient anatomy, etiology of the obstruction, prior procedures, as well as patient and surgeon preferences.
