Delphi: A methodology for preferences more than predictions

Abstract

Concentrates on the Delphi method of research. Aims to present Delphi as a practical method and to dispel the idea that Delphi is more of a guessing game. Claims Delphi can be applied to practical problems in a way that meets modern information management needs.
