Abstract

Concentrates on the Delphi method of research. Aims to present Delphi as a practical method and to dispel the idea that Delphi is more of a guessing game. Claims Delphi can be applied to practical problems in a way that meets modern information management needs. The pooling of expert talents to suggest preferences for action can be achieved through Delphi if the method is applied to solving information management functions. © 1995, MCB UP Limited.
