Abstract

The offshore outsourcing market has grown and evolved tremendously ever since outsourcing became an increasing trend in corporations worldwide. The potential for future growth in this market is just as large as are the transformations it undergoes in the process. As the demand for offshore services changes, so must the supply. While existing providers must constantly innovate and differentiate themselves, new players from different locations arrive at the scene to challenge old service models and claim their share of the market. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
