Electrode Misalignment Correction Algorithms In Magnetic Resonance Electrical Impedance Tomography
Matrix (2006)
Abstract
Misalignment of electrode locations during reconstruction in Magnetic Resonance Electrical Impedance Tomography (MREIT) can lead to artifacts and diminished contrast in the resulting conductivity image. In this study, we demonstrate the ability of three correction algorithms to improve the reconstruction.
