Abstract

The article reports on the study "The Transformation of Online Teaching Practice: Tracing Successful Online Teaching in Higher Education," which examines the transformation of online teaching and the successful online teaching practices. It indicates the challenges faced by teachers when reconstructing their teacher persona as they move from traditional to online classrooms. It is argued that the current method of preparing teachers for online teaching is insufficient.
