Abstract

Chinese sports industry has developed rapidly since 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Under this good circumstance, how will Chinese sports industry grow in the future, how to satisfy the needs of domestic huge sporting goods, that become the social hot points. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on Chinese sports industry trend of development,so as to promote Chinese sports industry. The sporting specialized supermarket's operation pattern is one kind of new business models-Decathlon supermarkets is the only type of this model in China and it is very successful in the world. This paper take Shanghai Decathlon supermarkets as the object of study. This paper analyzed the factors influenced Decathlon supermarkets customer satisfaction, and constructed its customer satisfaction measurement model. The results of this paper is valuable to Chinese sports professional supermarkets. © 2011 IEEE.
