Factors influencing efficiency of seed production

Abstract
Investigations were conducted during 1996-2000 in the Kursk region, Russia. Data are tabulated on production indicators (yield, production costs, labour costs, sale price and profitability), effectiveness of seed production concentration in specialized industries, level of specialization, and seed production. Data are tabulated on production results depending on sizes of sugarbeet seed farms and effect of seed production intensification on seed production on specialized farms.
