Abstract

Starting from the shortcomings regarding the significant issues relating to electronic evidence and the use of electronic evidence in civil and commercial dispute resolution in previous chapters, this final chapter summarizes the main results of the book, and comes up with a proposal for future research on the matters relating to electronic evidence and the use of electronic evidence in litigations.
