FIRMENINTERNES MICROBLOGGING ALS NACHHALTIGEN EINSTIEG IN DAS WISSENSMANAGEMENT
Abstract
This Masters thesis investigates current levels of adoption of and experience with Enterprise Microblogging (EMB) from a knowledge management point of view. Interviews with experts at early adopter companies with fairly long EMB experience were conducted. The investigation focuses on similarities in implementation as well as various aspects regarding initial integration. The results reveal the effects on other communication channels, heightened awareness and the initiating of increased collaboration within the organisations. The results were analyzed regarding their applicability and sustainability in the field of knowledge management. Subsequently, the acknowledged Good Practices lead to a Best Practice regarding adoption and operation of an EMB system.
