Abstract
This paper introduces FreqNet as a new way to formalise dynamic relationships, allowing social networks to emerge. The main idea of the proposal is that the probability of interaction associated to the links depends on an underlying opinion dynamics model on two dimensions. First experiments are presented and discussed using as a hypothesis of homophily considering that the probability of interaction depends both on a similarity in interest and in opinions.
